Please complete the following form, and membership information will be sent to you.

You will be sent BY U.S. MAIL an application form to complete and return with your payment. Once payment has been received, please allow at least eight-twelve weeks to start receiving The American Organist and other guild publications. (Note that not all categories of membership are elegible to receive TAO.)

Sorry, it is not possible to become a member online. We are not able to accept credit cards; you must pay by check or money order. Privacy note: The information you submit here is not secure. Once it is received by the chapter Registrar, it will not be retained online. Information submitted is used only for AGO purposes.
